Can we put an Optus sim card into the Ezy-key seniors mobile?
We need a phone with large keys where items diaply on screen large as well. We have to be able to put her Optus sim card into though (prepaid).

Yes you can put any telco's sim card in an unlocked phone.I have four sim card's including Optus for my samsung galaxy fit so that I can take advantage of each telco's free talk to talk to another of the same telco as my all of my family are each with all a diiferent telco.When you do change the sim card just remember to turn the phone off before you take the battery out to change the sim card, as if you do not the phone may lose all the data you have entered into it.eg.phone book.

Yes, the Ezy-Key Seniors mobile is an unlocked mobile phone. This means that it can be used with any SIM card.

Is a Desktop Charger Included?
I would like to buy this for my elderly Mum about to enter aged care. To help her remember to charge it would like a charger/cradle similar to 'fixed line' handsets rather than just an AC adaptor and cord.

if not included, is one available as an accessory?

Question
When I insert a 'tried & tested' 8GByte Kingston memory chip in the slot provided in the EZY-KEY phone. On reassembly the phone won't switch on WHY ??
When I remove this external memory chip from the EZI-KEY phone and then reinstall the Battery the phone can then be powered up and works fine.
