I doubt it. Mine has never done that. Take it back to the store and get them to have a look at it.

How can I extend the ringing time for incoming call, It is only 2 rings which last about 5 seconds the most. I want it to ring15 seconds

Contact your service provider about this. It's usually to do with the settings they've put on it, not the phone's settings.
To see what phone setting options you have go to the Cog at the bottom of the Menu screen.

How do i get my internet to work ?
I have a virgin and a telstra sim card in my Huawei dual sim card phone and cant get either of the internets to connect i have done everything it says in the user guide but it still says things like invalid url. please help!
